This team manage larger projects.

Supporting the field based Technical Managers and engineers, **duties will include**:

- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers (domestic and commercial)
- Ordering parts and materials for projects
- Project administrative support
- Managing supplier invoices
- Coordinate safety projects (ensure customer site and works are compliant and safe)

**Person specification-**what would make you a great fit:

- Confident to challenge where applicable
- Appetite to learn and progress
- Experience of customer service is beneficial but not essential
- Great organisational skills are essential

Our client is more focused on finding someone who would be a great team fit, which means **previous experience in a similar field is not essential**. The team are friendly, passionate about getting the job done, great team players and all have a range of career backgrounds (retail, graduates, administrators ).
