We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team on behalf of our clinet in North Northamptonshire area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing a high level of flexible administrative support to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sending allocations to assessors.
- Managing incoming referrals in conjunction with the Customer Services Centre.
- Screening and collating incoming assessments.
- Preparing paperwork for signatories.
- Creating outcome paperwork and disseminating it to all interested parties.
- Processing Relevant Person's Representative (RPR) agreements.
- Processing incoming conditions sheets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
