**Rides & Attractions Operator Trainer**

**Location**: Chessington World of Adventures Resort, Surrey, KT9 2NE
**Hours**: This is a permanent variable contract, working a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the hours flexing to meet the needs of the business and depending on the time of the year. This will include weekends and bank holidays as required.

We're currently looking for an Operator Trainer to join our Rides & Attractions team at Britain’s wildest adventure

**About the Role**

In this role you will inspire and lead the team by example to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and interaction with guests. Maximising ride capacity and efficiency you will deliver all training to the highest standard and be available to evacuate where necessary.

You will be an exemplary role model and inspirational team player who takes great pride in their role. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all Rides & Attractions you will ensuring that Health & Safety is number one priority at all times.

- A strong understanding of the Health & Safety priorities within the department.
- A passion for our business and a genuine want for our families to have an awesome day out.
- Plenty of enthusiasm and high levels of energy are essential for this demanding role.
- You will have the ability to remain composed and confident at all times, even when under pressure.
