**Onboarding Coordinator**

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that New Partners and Financial Advisers are efficiently Recruited into SJP from an administrative and operational perspective.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Creating offer letters for New Partners and Advisers.
- Ensuring trading names for New Partners and Advisers are approved quickly.
- Regularly catching up with BAMs to ensure they are supported regarding operational and administrative tasks for their recruits.
- Coordinating with other Operations teams in Establishment, including Training, Relationship and Support & Operations, to ensure Partners and Advisers in Establishment have a seamless experience.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
- Ability to use systems and technology to maintain oversight of multiple workflows.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- A willingness to work as a team and to help the wider Division during busy periods.
**Special Requirements**:
Occasional travel or overnight stays may be required to attend workshops or support events.
