Senior Autism Assessment Practitioner North B7 - 37.5 hrs
We are seeking a passionate, innovative and motivated practitioner to join our Cumbria Community Paediatric Service specifically North Cumbria.
Cumbria Community Paediatric Service support better health outcomes for children and young people, including complex physical care and assessment of autism.
The post holder will be working primarily within North Cumbria and will:
Work as part of multi disciplinary team (MDT) to support the ongoing development, delivery and evaluation of a highly specialist diagnostic assessment service
To provide highly specialised advice and support to children and young people referred to the Cumbria Community Paediatric Team, and their families and carers, including assessment, formulation and treatment.
As an autonomous practitioner, be responsible for own clinical activity and interventions and interpretation of agreed guidelines and policies.
To undertake regular research, clinical audit and activities for Continuing Professional Development
Planning, implementation and evaluation of care, to support a family and young person through the diagnostic process from screening and initial triage to conclusion and discharge
Provide clinical leadership in Autism assessment service

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
