Teaching Personnel work with a number of Primary Schools across the North Liverpool area and we are looking to recruit those recently graduated who may be looking to support their local schools.

Behaviours displayed by some students can be challenging, so applicants must be prepared to practice de-escalation and calming techniques, as well as maintaining an empathetic approach and understanding the behaviour stems from other problems. Teaching Personnelare able to provide training opportunities in Child Psychology, Mental Health and Team-Teach for those looking to excel in the school based environment.

As a Teaching Assistant you must be caring, non-judgemental and supportive; building rapport is a priceless experience for these students who may suffer with low self-esteem, behavioural difficulties and disrupted family lives, and rely on their school networkto provide safety and security for them.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm approx, and roles are available on a supply and temporary basis with permanent and long term opportunities regularly available due to student intake and staffing needs.

**What you can expect from Teaching Personnel**:

- Payment in house, meaning no fees from Umbrella companies
- 13 weeks off per year
- £10.77 - £13 Per Hour
- Roles starting ASAP and from January 2023

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
