- Minimum target of 5 sign ups **per week**

5 sign ups per week equals approx. £16,000 net annual equivalent.

10 sign ups per week equals approx. £32,000 net annual equivalent.
- Uncapped Earnings
- Work any combination of shifts between Monday - Saturday.

**Position Overview**:
As a Fundraising Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and motivating teams of fundraisers, comprising both experienced and entry-level professionals. Your experience will be instrumental in driving the success of our fundraising campaigns. What sets this leadership opportunity apart is the attractive commission-based structure. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of fundraisers, including experienced and entry-level members.
- Utilize your leadership skills to ensure your team effectively conducts door-to-door campaigns in designated neighbourhoods.
- Collaborate with your team to engage residents, share compelling stories, and inspire potential donors to make a monthly commitment to support our Charity partners.
- Maintain meticulous records of your own interactions and donations using our advanced fundraising software.
- Work closely with the management team to strategize and optimize fundraising efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for making a positive impact and a dedication to our mission.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of fundraisers.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door in various weather conditions.
- **Reliable** and punctual.
