**Requirements for Team leader**
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Sufficient experience in the care sector
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care

- Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

**Responsibilities of Team leader**
- Demonstrate good understanding surrounding Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding/DoLs/CQC regulations
- To support the day to day running of the service and when necessary, deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
- To be able to shift plan and ensuring that all planned activities are carried out each day
- To ensure that each Service User receives care appropriate to their individual needs and Service User plan
