**Job description**

We need an experienced Multi Trade Builder/ Carpenter to join our team and work with us on existing and upcoming projects across the West Midlands.

This job description gives a brief outline of your employment terms and conditions and is in no way a full description of the terms and conditions of your employment.

A full employment contract may be issued following a successfull trail period of 3 months.

**Skills Required**:

- 1st Fix Joinery
- 2nd Fix Joinery
- Kitchen installations
- Bathroom Installations
- Window and Door Installations
- Roof Construction
- Wall and Floor Tiling
- Refurbishments
- Plastering/ Patching (Desirable but not essential)
- Plumbing (Desirable but not essential)

**Key skills and qualifications required;**
- Experienced professional site carpenter/ builder who can undertake normal everyday building works
- Level 2 NVQ Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent
- Valid CSCS Card (preferred)
- Full UK driving license
- Own Van and Tools
- SSSTS or SMSTS (prefered)

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 10 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS Card (preferred)
- Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
