The role of a Senior Support worker is to provide personal care and support to our residents in accordance with their care plan, ensuring a high standard of care is provided in a safe, positive and stimulating home environment.
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll work with a Team Manager to support and manage staff teams effectively. You’ll be involved in the recruitment and induction of new employees, running shift, providing on-call support to the staff team. This Role comes with full training, real career progression prospects and genuine job satisfaction.
Minimum requirement to work:
- You must have the right to work within the UK
- You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
- A warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
- NVQ Level 3 desirable or a willingness towards this.
