We are looking for an Office & Sales Coordinator with a ‘can do ‘attitude. You will need to be proactive and prepared for all eventualities. This is a perfect role for an individual with a warm and a lively personality who is happy to manage their own projects.

- Exceptional communication and reading skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Able to interpret data and share complex ideas both internally and externally
- Be able to multi task and work to within given timescales and meet deadlines
- Be flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude towards tasks
- Be keen and willing to learn
- To explore new sales leads and be able to to close deals
- Undertake sales and performance analysis to deliver optimum account performance, sales, margins and profitability
- Work closely with the customer service team to maintain flawless customer service and account performance
- Be willing to help other departments when necessary
- to be involved in admin duties
- Maintaining good rapport with existing customer base and managing new customer inquiries
- Making sure all product information is up to date and organised well

**Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes**:

- Previous experience working within a busy office
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills and able to analyse large sets of data through excel
- Strong communication, copy-writing and inter-personal skills
- Commercially aware with strong analytical expertise
- Good at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
- Experience in B2B and B2C Sales
- Enthusiastic about e-commerce and online marketing and trade sales
