Are you looking for a new and exciting administration role?

Here at Shared Services Connected Limited we are on the lookout for a whole team of Administrators to join our organisation to support our government client project. These are 18-month fixed term contracted positions based at our site in Glasgow City Centre.

We aren’t necessarily wanting a long list of experience, if you have a keen eye for detail, we can show you the rest, we just need you to bring your “willing to learn” attitude

These roles will be on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) but with the flexible option to work those hours Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working to a set of existing processes and procedures
- Updating systems to ensure accurate records are held
- Process work to the defined level of quality
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily
- Support line management on any additional admin when required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Numeracy skills and confidence to process data with high levels of accuracy
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
- Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible manner and approach

**It would be great if you had**:

- Financial and/or Pension Sector experience

**Salary**: £22,145 inclusive of 3% flexible benefits fund
