**Role and Responsibilities**:
Video Production: You will be planning and executing on-site video shoots, travelling around the UK (expenses paid) every 6-8 weeks visiting customers and capturing their stories; using the best, modern approaches to video setup, lighting and drone work to capture everything in the best way possible.

Editing and Post-Production: You’ll edit the produced raw footage into polished videos, incorporating motion graphics, music, voiceovers, and other elements; performing colour correction, audio mixing, and output everything in multiple formats for all channels.

Video Management: You’ll manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Engaging internally with all departments, you’ll turn their needs into briefs and then into final media; communicating throughout to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Technical Skills Development: You’ll have the time and space to stay updated with the latest video production techniques, software, and industry trends; implement AI and other advanced technologies to push Clarus forward with every project delivered.

**Person Profile**:
Education: Practical experience is essential but formal qualifications are a bonus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a video-based role, demonstrating proficiency in all stages of video production.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, sound, and post-production; eager to learn and adopt new technologies, particularly AI.

Personality: Proactive attitude and strong work ethic; demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team; creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**:£26,000 - £30,000 DOE

**Location**:Manchester (must come into the office 2 times per week for the first 6 months)
