Veterinary receptionist
- Experience required for position.

Hours
Monday to Friday 2pm-7pm

Saturday 8am-1pm

Pay : Dependent on experience up to £15per hour

Holiday entitlement would start at 4 weeks plus bank holidays.

Veterinary Receptionist Job Description

Working on the reception desk downstairs.
Booking appointments in and advising on correct protocol.
Booking in surgical operations and going through pre-operative care.
Taking payments.
Putting medication requests on the diary. Advising when they are due medication reviews.
You are responsible for keeping client contact details up to date on the records.
Dealing with insurance queries.
Chasing debts weekly.
Checking through VPG invoice monthly.
Ordering stock for pharmacy/consumables.
Re stocking orders.
Scanning and attaching paperwork.
Sending delivery notes/invoices to our accounts department
Chasing the lab for results.
Leaving messages for vets regarding results/advice.
Admin jobs as requested by senior staff.
Any other tasks as requested by any other member of staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
