A well-established health and safety construction consultancy is seeking a CDM Consultants to join their expanding team.

They develop all areas of health and safety and cover all areas of health and safety needs and services.

The successful CDM Consultant will be joining an organisation who takes pride on their extensive experience in the industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful CDM Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

- Offering expert advice on upholding CDM regulations to ensure continuous health and safety adherence
- Compiling essential project documentation, including preconstruction information, health and safety files, and construction phase plans
- Evaluating and appraising potential project risks systematically
- Executing frequent site inspections and audits to ensure compliance

**REQUIREMENTS**:
About the requirements:

- NEBOSH construction certificate Diploma
- Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
