A dedicated CDM consultancy are seeking a CDM Consultant to join their team due to expansion within the business.

With many years of experience in the industry this company work on a wide range of projects including schools, hospitals, and new builds.

The successful CDM Consultant will be expected to attend regular site visits within the Oxford and London area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

About the role:
The successful CDM Consultant will be responsible for:

- Providing expert advice on all health and safety matters during design and planning stages of all projects
- Advise clients of their responsibilities under the CDM regulations in the pre-construction phase
- Acting as the main point of contact for all health and safety information
- Review all health and safety design proposals
- Eliminate and control potential risks by communicating with designers

**REQUIREMENTS**

About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:

- Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
- NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
