- Correctly enter information onto the transport KPI report
- Complete daily performance logs
- Handle telephone enquiries for external and internal customers
- Contact Drivers during the day as and when required
- Complete various administration duties relating to the efficient running of the fleet and transport department

**About You**:
**Here’s the kind of person that would fit us best**:

- Previous experience within a similar administration environment would be highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with warehouse management systems and EPOD would be beneficial
