**Betterclean Services Bridgend **is hiring a cleaner operative to work at one of our site in Barry.

**Shifts** are flexible 3 days a week

**Betterclean Services Bridgend **is a locally owned company, part of a national network, and we have proudly served commercial clients for over 25 years.

**Your skills and experience**

Experience as a cleaner isn’t essential, as we provide full training. However, you'll need to:

- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
- Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team

**Cleaner Responsibilities**

You’ll be expected to:

- Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
- Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine
- Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes
- Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Supply the contact details of at least one previous employer for a reference
- Be willing to undergo DBS checks, if required
- Provide full right to work documentation
