LSPR has been in the PR and media training and consultancy services industry since 1992. We are seeking a Podcasting specialist, to deliver live online and in-person training sessions to clients from corporate backgrounds. The role is flexible, in the sense that we will book you in as and when the courses run and in line with your availability. The Podcasting course usually is one-day: 10.30 am - 3.30 pm delivering to a group or 10.30 am - 2.30 pm (if it is a one-to-one session).

**Responsibilities and duties**:
To deliver high-level and engaging podcasting sessions with plenty of "takeaways" for the clients, useful tips, practical elements, and feedback from you as the expert.

The Podcasting course helps the attendees create, edit, deliver and promote their podcasts and generate ideas. The course provides useful hints and tips from industry experts on producing professional and effective results. The attendees are usually at the early stage of developing an idea and have little or no prior experience with podcasting.

As the training facilitator, you will guide them through:

- getting ideas and the right format for your podcast
- understanding the practicalities of what equipment is needed
- understanding what software is needed
- achieving a professional recording and sound quality
- understanding audiences and their needs
- preparing a professional podcast
- learning the post-production process of editing, sound effects, and compression
- knowing how to output your podcast on different media, websites, RSS feeds, and security issues
- promoting and marketing the podcast

**Experience Skills**:
We require a podcasting industry specialist who has a natural ability to deliver information in a dynamic, informative, fun, and engaging way to our clients.
