Be a part of our Commercial Strategy team who are focused on growing TalkTalk’s market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.

As a Senior Propositions Executive you'll be helping to develop our customer value proposition and playing a major role in bringing new propositions to market. You’ll work with a complex set of stakeholders, from Marketing to IT, always ensuring that the voice of the customer is faithfully represented in everything that we create. Responsibilities will include gathering market research and insights, delivering on our GTM plans, and supporting the development of our propositions strategy across all products.

You’ll work closely with a variety of business functions, supporting the rest of the Propositions team in building business cases, managing working groups, communicating our plans, and bringing products to market. You’ll also have projects to own, and an open remit to demonstrate and expand your propositions skillset.

**Responsibilities**:
- Gathers inputs from customer research, behaviour, trends and market context and uses to inform commercial thinking- Works closely with Product Managers through product development and lifecycle management- Works closely with Marketing and Sales to execute plans and maintain a constant feedback loop with our customer facing functions- Helps execute Go To Market plans for proposition launches, influencing a diverse team of stakeholders- Support Propositions Managers and Senior Propositions Manager with major product launches- Support on the day-to-day management, where required, of in-life propositions

What we’re looking for- A curious mindset and the desire to always keep up with the latest industry trends- A hunger to learn, develop and proactively build effective working relationships- You will be a great communicator and storyteller, with experience of building and delivering presentations to a range of audiences- Strong interpersonal skills and good stakeholder management- You will need to think like a customer, and understand how TalkTalk positions itself in the market- Experience in consumer commercial / proposition or product development ideal but not essential.- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, in an ever-changing industry- A self-starter with great time management skills
