Working 37.5 hours a week as part of a dynamic marketing and communications team you will take responsibility for the managing the corporate website, social media and external e-shots and use their knowledge and expertise to ensure Elysium Healthcare isup to date in terms of digital best practice and trends.

This full-time role is home based with travel to events and the company headquarters in Borehamwood when required.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the external e-shots sent out from PDM’s, advising and using best practice drawn from analytical evidence to ensure our messaging is consistent, clear and targeted at the right audience
- Use A/B testing and data to make informed suggestions around strategy and content to the Senior Marketing team
- Be the Marketing Team HubSpot Superuser, ensuring the marketing and wider PDM teams understand how to use the CRM and Marketing system effectively. Sharing knowledge and troubleshooting HubSpot related queries as required
- To manage and coordinate amendments to the Elysium Healthcare website, ensuring any updates or requests are carried out promptly with our digital partner
- Work with our digital partner to improve on-page and off-page SEO elements of our website and to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Use Google Analytics, Website Content Managements Systems, SEO platforms and HubSpot analytics to make informed decisions about content, it’s format and where it is placed
- Develop and implement a new content strategy on our Google My Business and BING listings
- Regularly review competitor digital activity to make recommendations and ensure Elysium are ahead of the game
- To ensure all processes are adhered to as outlined in the Marketing Procedures document
- To act as one of the daily go to people for support and queries for the Marketing Executives
- To support the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Projects Manager with key projects as directed
- To ensure brand and language guidelines are adhered to at all times
- To ensure the quality and consistency of the work produced in the department
- Support at events as and when required

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Experience in the Healthcare or Education sector an advantage
- You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- You will have an astute eye for detail
- You will be an experienced user of PowerPoint, word, and excel
- Skill in Canva & InDesign would be an advantage
- Ability to drive and travel to events or sites as requested is essential
