**Description**:
We are currently seeking a Quarry Operative to join our team at Holme Hall quarry, reporting to the Quarry Manager.

This role is primarily for the afternoon shift, however you should be flexible across all three shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Your responsibilities will include the operation of mobile plant, fixed plant and general plant maintenance, ensuring this is done in accordance with our safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- You will be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- You will also have a willingness to learn and be a good communicator.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Experience of working within a quarry would be an advantage as would a positive record and attitude towards health and safety, however training will be provided.
- You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure.
