**Seafreight Export Clerk**

**£28,000 basic salary**

**Monday to Friday**

**Liverpool**

**Permanent**

An international logistics company in Liverpool are currently seeking a Seafreight Export Clerk to join their expanding team. The purpose of the role is to expedite outbound movements of behalf of clients.
On offer is a basic salary of £28,000 working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The duties of a Seafreight Export Clerk are:

- The planning and arrangement of international consignments- Following the clients instructions and requirements by sea freight of both FCL and LCL- Day to day invoicing and job costings- Handling cross trade shipments- Communication with overseas offices and partners- Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned- Ensuring the company meet data quality KPI's with the required tracking information- Making sure queries are cleared within the KPI timeframe- Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department and ensure consistent service to clients- Administrator the operating procedures defined by the client- You must have export and cross trade experience- Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills- Possess a good level of IT skillsKeywords; freight; forwarding; sea; seafreight; forward; forwarder; shipping; logistics; transport; rail; import; export customs; administration; administrator; admin; customer; service; clerk; knowsley; liverpool; merseyside
