**Admin/Operations Assistant Job Description**

**Primary outline of role.**
- Coordinating client deliveries
- Collecting Balances from clients by phone
- Liaising with delivery services
- Liaising with warehouse team
- Ensuring communication is maintained between showroom, client and delivery services

**Additional Duties**

First point of contact for any maintenance issues from any showroom location. All service provider initial contact and instruction under strict direction of the ops manager. Additionally, general office support for filing, health and safety, record maintenance and call handling.

**Admin Warehouse**
- Assisting with filing and searching orders post-delivery and filing PODs

**Contract initialisation and liaison between supplier and ops manager for all locations**
- Liaising with suppliers for periodic inspections (A/C, pest control)
- All telephone contracts and issues
- All Power contracts and issues
- All water and waste contracts and issues
- All PDQ contracts and issues
- All general (non
- branded) stationary and general supplies orders (including setup procurement)

**Maintenance**
- Liaising and chasing work orders and invoices with maintenance providers as directed
- Follow up of all maintenance issues by location as directed by the ops manager

**Other General Office Admin work as required**

Able to demonstrate a high degree of organisation

Be literate and an excellent communicator

Previous admin experience is an advantage but not essential as full training provided

Computer literate (MS Office 365)

No criminal record

Able to provide references.
