**The Spread Eagle in Lymm is looking for a new Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in this stunning village centre pub.**

**About the role**:
Leading the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, our **Sous Chef** will be also be responsible for menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen. Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members you willensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained, continuously motivating the team to make sure that fresh quality food is presented each time.

Ideally, we are looking for a **Sous Chef** who has experience working within a similar position and can truly demonstrate that they have the drive and ambition to take on this challenge. You will be encouraged from the start to show your creativeideas whilst making sure that the fresh daily specials become a positive taking point with locals and tourists alike.

**About the pub**:
The Spread Eagle is situated in the centre of picturesque Lymm village in rural Cheshire. It is a traditional pub steeped in history with a sandstone cliff face in the outdoor terrace. A popular location for walkers, dogs and cyclists as the Trans Penninetrail runs through the village, the pub has something for everyone.
