**Trago Mills (Falmouth) - Warehouse Assistant**

Trago's in-town store is located on Falmouth's famous and picturesque harbour.

**Job Type**

Full Time - 35 hours per week working 5 days from 7

**Salary**

£11.44 per hour plus OTE bonus scheme and generous staff discount

**Responsible to**

Warehouse Manager

**Role Summary**
- To work flexibly, undertaking warehouse and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Relationships**
- Warehouse management and colleagues

**Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities**
- Taking delivery of goods and supplies
- Checking for damaged or missing items
- Storing and moving stock around by hand, using mechanical aids or forklift truck
- Picking orders to dispatch to the retail store
- Advising on stock counts
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilisation
- Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
- Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
- Prepared to carry out arduous work, either physical or mental
- Willing to take on reasonable additional responsibility as necessary

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Experience**
- Previous warehouse experience required

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
