A great opportunity for an O2C Manager has arisen to join a global, exciting and innovative business based in Bracknell for an initial 6 month period. This role will sit in a strategic position spanning their European branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily FPC operations. Ensuring SLAs are met and KPIs are achieved or improved.
- Resolve daily issues in the O2C area, ensuring end to end process efficiency.
- Ownership of Pan E O2C blueprint.
- Support and improve internal customer satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate transition activities for the O2C area that will result in higher quality, more standard operations whilst reducing overall operations costs.
- Provide SME support for Pan E O2C projects and co-ordinate with the FPC during implementation, while exercising methodical practice in change and project management. Successful implementation will require strict adherence to timelines and ability to prioritise.
- Provide insight and critical thinking across all O2C operational workflows.
- Self-initiate change in line with reformation direction.
- Transition management - responsibility for supporting and ensuring the end user receives documentation, training, user support and path for escalation.
- SOX - ensure zero SOX deficiencies.
- Ensure there are no critical findings in corporate audit.
- Maintain a high level of risk management and compliance
- Training - create and maintain Pan E training strategy and materials. Train users and address related issues in a timely manner.
- Pan E policies - Ownership and continuous improvement of the current O2C policies. Championing standardisation and Pan E implementation. Development of new policies that will address simplification and standardisation.
- Responsible for the effective and proactive monitoring of FPC performance for a large team working across two international centres supporting multiple branches
- Responsible for communications to relevant audiences, ensuring communication is clear, timely and the style appropriate to the receiving audience.

**Requirements**:

- Significant experience of operating within a finance shared service environment likely as a process lead.
- Broad functional knowledge in Order to Cash having proven skill in influencing and implementing change in a Pan European environment.
- SAP experience
- Experience of working in a Head Office, multi-cultural environment preferably in Europe.
- Excellent communication & networking skills, quickly able to establish credibility with project leaders, customers and other stakeholders.
- Self driven and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritise heavy workload to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, autonomously and can transform ideas into actions.
- Audit, risk management and compliance experience.
