**Contract P2P Accounts Payable Manager - Bracknell hybrid - 6-month rolling - £175pd - 275pd (inside IR35)**

Are you an experienced AP Manager within a corporate P2P environment? Have you worked with and managed BPO AP transactional team performance, providing review, escalation and process improvements?

This opportunity for a contract P2P Accounts Payable Manager within a global brand plays well for these skills. You will have responsibility for managing BPO performance and be the primary contact for all P2P escalations and management. Excellent stakeholderengagement is required, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable** - Manage BPO P2P performance and metrics to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices; identify operational efficiencies through key metric analysis; act as SME for P2P operations; support invoice queries resolution;SAP Concur superuser providing support and training
- **Management BPO P2P** - Attend weekly / monthly Branch review meetings with P2P BPO team supporting escalations, queries and operations; Support P2P month-end reconciliation process; review and sign off BPO P2P operational process documentation
- **Policies**:

- Annual review and update of policies owned by Accounts Payable; Participate in annual Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) review and implement recommendations, update policies as appropriate; Quarterly review of P2P systems complyingwith Authorisation limits policy and Sox controls

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track record working within a busy Pan European Corporate environment, managing BPO performance to achieving targets and deadlines
- Previous experience in Travel and Expense management is required
- Previous management experience in Purchase to Pay environment is required
- Experience using SAP FI/MM and intermediate/advanced excel and PC skills required
- COUPA and Concur experience is desirable
- Experience in a corporate offshore shared service environment
- Effective organiser with ability to prioritise workload
- Proactive attitude with willingness to support others
- Demonstratable ability to build effective working relationships
- Experience in staff management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
