Videographer (Relocate to Hong Kong)

Videographer & Part Time Coach (coaching just 8 hours per week)

Minisport is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Videographer and Coach to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Videographer and Coach, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage of our sports classes and events, as well as providing coaching support to our young participants. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a creative eye and coaching experience to contribute to our mission of promoting active and healthy lifestyles for children.

Coaching hours will be capped at just 10 per week, with the rest of the week allocated for filming and editing.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Videography**:

- Capture high-quality video footage of Minisport classes, events, and promotional content._
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices._
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality to produce visually appealing and professional videos._
- Edit and post-process videos, including video editing, color correction, and audio adjustments._
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging video content for social media platforms and promotional campaigns._

**2. Coaching**:

- Conduct a maximum of 8 coaching sessions for children in various sports activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience._
- Provide guidance, instruction, and feedback to young participants to develop their skills and promote sportsmanship._
- Adapt coaching techniques to suit the age and skill level of the participants._
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and personal growth._
- Collaborate with the coaching team to develop lesson plans and curriculum for sports classes._

**3. Equipment and Logistics**:

- Manage and maintain videography equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and organization._
- Coordinate logistics for video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup._
- Ensure the timely delivery of edited videos and content to meet project deadlines_

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- Proven experience in videography, including shooting, editing, and post-processing.
- Familiarity with video editing software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging video content.

2. Coaching Skills:

- Experience in coaching or working with children a bonus but not required

3. Technical Proficiency:

- Proficient in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Basic understanding of audio recording and editing.

4. Creativity and Attention to Detail:

- A creative eye for capturing compelling visuals and telling stories through video.
- Strong attention to detail in framing, lighting, and composition.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow directions.

6. Flexibility and Adaptability:

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and during special events or promotions.

7. Language Skills:

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
