As a Business Support Officer (Reach) you will:

- Provide admin support to the organisation. This may require supporting a specific team or working across a number of teams as required.
- Be responsible for organising and facilitating activities at the Reach drop-in.
- Provide admin support including printing, photocopying, file archive produce letters and reports, prepare papers and training materials, organise events including trainings and meetings, setting up rooms and making travel arrangements
- Support individual teams with data collection, input and evaluation, producing reports as required
- Collate feedback from stakeholders, analyse and report to relevant manager
- Be the first point of contact on the telephone and the door for visitors, contractors and deliveries to site, confidently dealing with queries and signposting where necessary.
- Be an active contributor on either the Digital Media Group which develops our website and social media platforms OR the Wellbeing Group
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Issue mobile phones and laptops providing training where necessary, and maintaining the asset register
- Assist in creating of internal and external communications like newsletters, Annual Report, website
- Undertake daily/weekly/monthly health and safety checks on site and grounds to ensure compliance with legislative requirements in respect of fire safety, electrical testing, water safety etc.
- To follow confidentiality procedures as required by PTMWA
- To work with due regard to all the policies and procedures of PTMWA, both operational and non-operational, and participate in their development and amendment
- To be mobile and work across all areas of the city
- Identify training and development needs and participate in all training courses relevant to Pankhurst Trust
- Willing to work outside normal working hours including evenings and weekends to participate in promotional, fundraising events, activities and other duties as may be reasonably required.

To be a successful Business Support Officer (Reach) you will need to
- A minimum GCSE grade 4 or equivalent in English and Mathematics or equivalent work experience
- A relevant admin qualification eg Business Administration level 2/3
- Willing to undertake training in health and safety related courses
- Recent relevant experience in administration
- Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets, letters and publications
- Excellence in numeracy, literacy, report writing and IT skills
- Experience software and databases to record information and deliver accurate reports
- Ability to prioritise work and deliver in a timely manner with minimum supervision
- A can do attitude and team player to work and relationship with colleagues
- A confident user of IT equipment and provide basic troubleshooting support
- Understand confidentiality and personal boundaries
- Manage, with training where necessary, physically demanding tasks such as moving between locations, files and stock (any reasonable adjustments requested will be considered for this desirable criteria)
- Willing to work flexibly and travel to other sites and venues
