We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a sociable young man in his 20’s, who lives at home with his family in Norton Canes, he requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis to support his complex care needs.

He thrives on participating in various activities, from outdoor adventures to social outings and creative projects. Your role will involve not only providing essential care but also actively engaging in these activities, ensuring he enjoys a fulfilling and enriched life.

A key aspect of this role includes assisting with daily living activities, such as providing personal care, supporting with his mobility, observing his clinical care needs and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will build a strong, trusting relationship with our service user and his family, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- PEG Feeding
- Nebuliser care
- Seizure Management
- Oral Suctioning
- Global Development Delay awareness

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Days
- Fridays: 9:00am - 3:00pm
- 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Additional shifts are available to cover annual leave and sickness

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£78 approx. per 6-hour shift)

Weekends: £13.50 per hour (£81 approx. per 6-hour shift)
