You would play a crucial role in supporting our executry team and making a significant impact, with a clear pathway to advance your career in the legal sector.

**Your Role**:

- You will be delivering outstanding client care by providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their legal processes.
- You’ll support the executry process. Assisting in drafting and reviewing Wills and Power of Attorney documentation. Communicating regularly with clients, banks, companies, and other legal professionals.
- Manage all documentation including, organising, and handling legal documents accurately. Creating and maintaining digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Supporting the fee earners in the marketing of their services including updating our website and undertaking other promotional activities.
- Working towards building a case-load of your own.

**About You**:

- We would love you to be familiar with legal documents and terminology, with a paralegal or equivalent qualification at SCQF Level 7, however, this is not essential as full training and an opportunity to develop further will be provided.
- You will be proficient with MS Office and database management/document control.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
- You manage your workload independently with precision and take initiative in solving problems.
- Your organisational skills and respect for confidentiality are essential to this role.
