**The role and responsibilities include**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for;
- Prospecting and connecting with the right clients
- Having a good understanding of our products and actively upselling and cross-selling to our clients
- Delivering excellent customer service, with a solutions-orientated mindset
- Identifying and utilising opportunities to build relationships with potential clients, fellow salespeople and colleagues alike
- Be a confident communicator, with an ability to decipher and share data and information.
- Pitch to and close clients
- Manage your client pipeline
- Consulting with recruitment agencies
- Identifying the clients goals for growth
- Have confidence to sell direct to FD/MD/CEO level
- Present the solutions both in person and virtually to client
- An understanding of IR35 legislation

We do not require that you have previous experience working for an umbrella company, although it is desirable. Demonstrable experience in faced-paced cold calling sales role is essential.
