University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 - RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) to join our team on a temporary basis. This opportunity is based at the Bristol Royal Infirmary, located in Bristol, Bristol, BS2 8HW.

As a Band 5 - RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure the holistic wellbeing of our patients.

Your role will involve assessing and evaluating patients' mental health needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions. This will include administering medications, providing therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patients' progress.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring effective communication with the team, and promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. It is essential that you adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards at all times.

As a Band 5 - RMN, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage your workload efficiently, and remain calm under pressure.

This temporary position is available from the 7th of February 2024, with an end date also on the 7th of February 2024. The shift timings are from 13:30:00 to 20:00:00.

For your dedication and expertise, we are offering a payment rate of £221 per shift. Payments will be made through an umbrella company.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
- Previous experience in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care
