As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans, as well as monitoring and administering medications. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.

This temporary position is set to start on 15/04/2024 and end on the same day. The shift will start at 07:00:00 and end at 14:25:00, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in a short amount of time. And with a payment rate of £200.25 per shift, paid through umbrella, this is an excellent opportunity to boost your earnings while gaining valuable experience.

To excel in this role, you must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC registration. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
