Carecall Installer Responder

To provide an Emergency response service to Alarm users across Essex area,
To contribute to the provision of an Emergency alarm installation and response service to all Provide Carecall247 customers, including assessment, alarm installations, technical support, falls triage and customer lifting following a non-injurious fall, responding to emergencies.
To follow Telecare Service Association (TSA) guidelines and be compliant with the TSA Codes of Practice.
To respond to emergency calls in line with TSA Codes of Practice.
- To provide a timely, effective response to emergency alerts/alarms from Carecall247 customers within their own homes in line with Provide Policies and Procedures including falls triage and customer lifting following a non-injurious fall, responding to technical issues and emergencies.
- To carry out basic Risk Assessments and Health and Safety checks.
- Develop skills in undertaking basic problem solving and repairs to a variety of telecare alarm systems.
- To undertake the assessment and triage of a client who has fallen in their home and, where this is a non-injurious fall, to safely use the slides sheets and Raizer lifting chair to lift the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of all responses attended and provide written logs for Control Centre.
