We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team. To effectively co-ordinate the collation / preparation of orders, ensuring that they are invoiced according to the customer requirements. To ensure that deliveries are planned and made in the most cost-effective way.

Key tasks will involve:

- Manage orders, due dates and purchasing of stock requirements with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
- To ensure that orders are complete and available in line with customers service level agreements.
- To analyse order/box shift dates and follow through blank pick sheets.
- To co-ordinate direct shipping deliveries and expectations of due dates.
- Collate communication of information from the Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams.
- To provide support to senior management and to assist in the preparation of data for meetings, as and when required.
- To attend departmental meetings and to contribute to current issues.
- To be fully competent with the use of Vantage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in order to carry out transactions.
- Any other administrative duties required within the organisation.
- Comply with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures.
- Support Stone’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
- To undertake any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the reporting manager.

This is a full-time position - 37 hours per week

The working days are Monday to Friday
