Class People are currently working with a Primary school near Didcot to recruit a Year 5 teacher starting in January 2023 and ending in July 2023. This is a full-time contract for 5 days a week, however a job share role will be considered for those lookingfor part-time 2 or 3 days per week. The role will include planning responsibilities as well as communication with parents and guardians.

**To be a successful in this role you will need the below**:

- Qualified Primary Teacher with KS2 experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide an outstanding classroom experience
- The ability to take the initiative, adapting teaching to suit the needs of the students on the day, displaying a clear understanding of the different ways children learn
- Profound enthusiasm and creativity when engaging with students of all primary ages and abilities.
- A kind and supportive approach to behaviour management
- A history of working collaboratively with other staff, to teach to a consistently high standard
- Experience of working in a team for the benefit of students
- Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures.
