Reception TeacherResponsibilities

Plan and delivercreative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of theReception curriculum

Foster a nurturing andinclusive classroom environment that encourages students social andemotional development

Provide individualizedsupport to students based on their unique needs andabilities

Collaborate with other educators andprofessionals to develop and implement effective teachingstrategies

Assess and monitor students progressproviding regular feedback to students parents andcolleagues

Maintain accurate and uptodaterecords of students achievements and behaviour

Communicate effectively with students parents and colleaguesensuring a strong partnership between home andschool

Reception Teacherrequirements:

QTS EYTS PGCE andstrong academic record

Bachelors degree inEducation with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception)or equivalent

Indepth knowledge andunderstanding of the Reception curriculum and assessmentframeworks

Ability to create a positive andengaging learning environment for young children

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto build strong relationships with students parents andcolleagues

Strong organizational andtimemanagement skills with the ability to effectively plan anddeliver lessons

A passion for education and acommitment to supporting students learning anddevelopment

Flexibility and adaptability to meetthe changing needs of the school andstudents.
