**Network Operations Analyst (NOC)**
We are “at the heart of IT” for all our customers, providing them with round the clock reassurance that their IT is safe, resilient and in good health. Our IT Operations team and our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is at the core of this service, ensuring thatwe’re always keeping a close eye on clients’ critical systems.
As our Network Operations Analyst, you will be remotely supporting and managing their infrastructure, fixing their issues (and preventing them from happening again), while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will become a ramsac “expert” forkey services and technologies that are central to your role, and continuously challenge the way we do things to ensure that we deliver the most value for our clients.
**Network Operations Analyst Responsibilities**:
You will
- Respond to critical alerts that indicate potential problems for clients, reaching out to them proactively to troubleshoot and communicate issues.
- Effectively prioritise network and server issues, with the goal of preventing any business impact.
- Become a champion for backup services, utilising new toolsets to effectively improve monitoring and alerting of business-critical backups that are crucial to clients’ cyber resilience.
- Own the development of our RMM monitors in relation to networks and infrastructure, continuously improving and adapting them.
- Investigate repeat occurrences of issues to identify and resolve their underlying cause, preventing them from causing further problems for our clients.
- Work closely with members of the IT Operations team, in particular during the onboarding of clients, to ensure our monitors are functioning as intended.
- Cover and provide a backup for our Cybersecurity Analysts delivering the ramsac secure+ proactive cybersecurity service.
- Identify opportunities to improve the level of service that we can offer to clients.
- Progress your own technical skills and knowledge through learning courses, professional certifications, and self-learning.
**Network Operations Analyst Requirements**:

- Experience of dealing with a wide range of tech products, from PCs to servers, printers to firewalls, operating systems to security software
- The ability to remain calm and to make clients feel that they are the most important person on the planet
The icing on the cake:

- Experience with remote network management tools and incident management tools
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Tech certifications in Microsoft Server, Office 365, VMWare, Citrix, or Veeam
