Shifts - Full Time / 40 Hours Per Week
Time Recruitment is excited to announce that we are working with an award-winning service provider. The provider is looking for a clinical deputy manager for one of their homes. The service is registered for a maximum of 60 service users and specialisesin providing care for individuals with diagnosis of: Alzheimer's, Motor Neurons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease and Stroke. This is rated an overall GOOD CQC and provides high-quality person-centred care for their residents.

Key Duties
- You will be responsible for the complete overseeing of the day-to-day care activities within the home
- Updating of care plans and tailoring to individual resident needs
- Maintain correct staffing levels through implementation of effective rotas and adequate management of staff
- Build lasting relationships with residents and staff alike to promote togetherness within the home
- Liaising with partner within the local community to better the homes profile within its locality
What They Are Looking For
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development
- With a real understanding of the benefits that the right nursing care can bring to resident's lives, you'll champion independence, choice and dignity by delivering the highest quality care to our residents
- You'll possess up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control and care planning
- An effective communicator who's able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families
- You're a natural leader, someone who's ready to share their clinical experience - leading and mentoring a team, able to delegate effectively and promote excellent customer service and relationships
- Someone with excellent time management who can effectively prioritise their workload
