As a Business Administrator at Frank Solutions, you will play a critical role in streamlining our operations and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, actively contributing to the efficiency, productivity, and success of our various business holdings. This role reports directly to the Finance Director and Company Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, post, supplies, equipment, and bills.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Organise and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
- Implement and maintain procedural/administrative systems.
- Coordinate with HR department on payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Any other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient running of the business.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
