Modern and progressive accounting firm looking for a self starter to assist in day to day bookkeeping. Hours worked to suit, we can be fully remote and hapy to work around your lifestyle.
You will be given a portfolio of clients and expected to manage their day to day bookeeping and VAT along with other areas should you wish to get involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
