- Role: _**_Business Banking Support Consultant_**_ -_**_ _**_Pendeford _
- Location: Pendeford Business Park, _**_Wolverhampton, WV9 5HA_**
- Pay rate:_**_ £11.70_**_ per hour_
- Contract: 6-month contract with the opportunity of extension and to become a permanent employee._
- Hours: _**_Full time, 35 hours per week, working Monday - Friday (occasional Sat 9-2)_**:

- Start times are anytime between 7am to 8pm_
- (You must be fully flexible and able to work all shifts between these hours)_

**_Opportunity for hybrid working after 5-week training period (2 days in Office, 3 days working from home)._**

**_What's involved?_**
- _You will be the first point of contact for all business banking related queries._
- _Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution._
- _There are teams who they can pass the resolutions too if they are unable to resolve the query, i.e Fraud Team_
- _Work closely with the business managers who they can transfer the call too (this could be a warm handover which provides the Business Manager with all the info, or a cold handover where the Business Manager will just pick up the call._
- _Previous customer service experience (call centre/retail/hospitality/front of house/receptionist)_
- _Excellent communication - oral and written._
- _Confident telephone manner (previous telephony experience is desirable)_
- _Continuous improvement mind set._
- _Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines._
- _Positive and approachable manner._
- _Excellent team working skills._
- _Clear credit history & clear criminal record (vetting check required)_
