QAPM Limited, an all Trades contractor are currently recruiting for a full time experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant/General Administrator in our expanding office.

**Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- General purchase ledger
- Checking the shared accounts inbox for invoices to be printed.
- Matching purchase orders with GRN’s
- Coding and posting invoices onto the Sage 50 purchase ledger
- Filing authorised invoices and reconciling with statements.
- General administration duties, assisting other departments as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
