**The ideal individual would have**:
- _proven experience in Payroll/Pensions - _ideally within Financial or Professional services
- working knowledge of HR Systems
- an understanding of Rewards & Benefits schemes in a working environment
- basic knowledge of Employment Law and how this can impact Payroll
- ability to deal with sensitive issues in a confidential manner
**Key duties and responsibilities for the Payroll and Benefits Advisor**:
- Work with HR Assistants and outsourced Payroll Provider to deliver timely and accurate Payroll
- Manage Benefits providers, including working with the Finance team to agree renewals / identify other providers
- Be a key part of the Well-being team, focusing on how benefits can promote physical, mental, financial and social well being
- Identify and implement job evaluation process to benchmark roles and salaries, aligned to the levelling framework
- Ensure bonus and salary reviews are administered correctly
