Customer Advisor

Do you love helping customers? Do you like giving good advice to make peoples life better? Being a Customer Advisor in the Ware branch for the Saffron Building Society will allow you to do just that. By assisting people to manage their financial well-being, you can truly impact their lives in a positive way. The people are the beating heart of the Saffron Building Society, and it takes each and every one to provide the service they are rightly proud of.

**The day to day role**:

- Assisting customers in achieving their goals through conducting Financial Wellbeing Reviews, helping customers take control of their own finances and educating those who do not have the necessary knowledge.
- Proving support to the team in undertaking end to end Member transactions and administration that results in service that stands out for all Members.
- Providing a high level of customer service and demonstrating confidence in talking to customers about savings, mortgages and general enquiries across all of our communication channels.

**To be successful**:

- You will have excellent customer service ability.
- Be able to work on-site Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings (paid at time and a half)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Preference for the ability to drive
