- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts (both residential and commercial) who are overdue in their payments
- Discussing why this is happening and resolving/amending any pricing issues
- Taking payments and putting together payments plans
- Handling general finance queries
- Producing reports and data
- Extensive telephone based customer contact
