Are you a talented and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for temporary work in the vibrant city of Bristol? University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 RMN to join our team on a temporary basis from 30/04/2024 to 30/04/2024.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be based at our Lower Maudlin Street location in Bristol, conveniently located in the heart of the city. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to our patients.

Your shift will start at 07:00:00 and end at 13:30:00, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of those in need. The payment rate for this temporary position is £149.50 per shift, paid through PAYE, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your hard work and dedication.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic care to patients with mental health needs, utilizing your skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate their care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives the personalized care and support they require.

Your duties will include conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, developing care plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support the mental health and well-being of our patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, communicating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must be a registered RMN with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration. You should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate and caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable, but newly qualified nurses are also encouraged to apply.
