We have a large social media following, a loyal customer base, and strong relationships with premium independentsand global key accounts such as Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a global premium footwear brand with a strong Australian heritage, and become part of the successful European team.

Please note that you must live in the South of the UK with central travel links to key cities and towns in your sales region. Your sales region will cover 100 premium independent and key retailers across the South of the UK, including London, Cambridge,Hertfordshire, Devon & Cornwall.

This is a full time hybrid role working between travelling to retail stores, overnight stays and some administrative days at home.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- Successful sales experience
- Some experience and awareness of the footwear/fashion industry
- Knowledge of building brands through establishing correct wholesale store distribution
- You will have a positive, can do attitude
- Energy, drive and passion to succeed
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Social media awareness, in order to develop connections with your retailers
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Highly competent with, Excel/Word/PowerPoint

**What will your role look like?**
- Your main focus will be the development and growth of Emu Australia’s 365 day a year footwear business in your existing independent retailers including the best and most influential premium stores in your territory
- You will also be responsible for introducing the brand to high quality retailers in key towns and cities within your sales region
- You will organise and manage your own time, plan your customer visits, driving routes and overnight hotel stays, balancing your time appropriately between existing accounts and developing new business
- Above all you will work hard, in order to achieve and exceed your monthly and seasonal sales targets
- In order to increase the EMU Australia brand exposure and maximise sell through, you will create successful EMU Australia product ranges within each store. Exceeding your customers’ expectations by arranging promotions, visual merchandising, staff trainingand connecting the retailer’s social media channels with the brand
- As a passionate brand ambassador, you will secure and increase EMU’s brand awareness by extensive and frequent use of Social Media to share updates about both our brand and your retailers
- Reporting to the European Sales Manager you will regularly report the progress of your sales region, working together to build EMU Australia’s brand presence
- Customer visits every day including extensive car travel
- You will be away from home several nights per week, especially during peak selling periods
- Prospecting for new customers
